Britta Posner : Founder and Director
The Collaboration Practice combines my passion for the professional development of people with my keen interest in the efficient and effective leadership of organisations and their teams.
After completing a Master’s degree in Anthropology at Cambridge University, and with 20 years of professional experience in Marketing Communication, I was constantly driven by the question of how to optimise collaboration across departmental and organisational boundaries.
I firmly believe that the potential for successful interdisciplinary collaboration between employees only needs to be uncovered, accessed and implemented. But the journey there is not easy. It usually means a drastic change in the way individuals define themselves, how trust and common ground are created and how interdisciplinary cooperation is lived. Through my work as a consultant, coach and trainer, I have the privilege of accompanying and facilitating this process. I have been doing this together with my colleagues from The Collaboration Practice for many years. My wide range of experience feeds The Collaboration Practice and allows me to offer bespoke coaching, consultancy and training programmes alongside speaking engagements. As you would expect, of course, I do this in international collaboration with hand-picked consultants, coaches and trainers, serving a wide range of clients.
I am an educated coach, a member of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (MIPA), the International Coach Federation (ICF), Hogan certified and a certified MBTI practitioner.
Speaking Engagements: I speak on a variety of topics, ranging from collaboration & leadership development to customer centricity and getting the best out of teams. For enquiries about speaking engagements, please contact me on firstname.lastname@example.org
