The Collaboration Practice unites my passion for the development of others with my keen interest in furthering effective leadership and productive teamwork.
Following my MPhil in Biological Anthropology at the University of Cambridge and during my now almost 20 years in marketing communications, the question of how to optimise employee potential was always at the forefront of my mind.
I believe that in most cases, the potential is there waiting to be (re)discovered. That journey is not easy. It’s part of a significant change management process. It is my privilege to facilitate this process with the aim of helping organisations as well as individuals to become who they are.
Having developed successful consulting, coaching and training programmes for leading companies and industry bodies as well as having enjoyed a fulfilled career in marketing communication, I am now back in my home town Berlin, The Collaboration Practice’s base camp.
My broad spectrum of experience nurtures The Collaboration Practice and not only allows the delivery of bespoke consulting, coaching and training solutions, but also, as you would expect, a fruitful international collaboration with carefully chosen consultants, coaches and trainers.
I am a member of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (MIPA) and the International Coach Federation (ICF) as well as a trained coach, Hogan Certified, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), certified MBTI practitioner and LBS ‘Managing the Company of the Future’ course.
